Terms & Conditions


All prices and shipping rates quoted on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. All payments will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Valid Visa Card, Master Card Cards may be accepted through our third party gateway Stripe. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.


Orders placed on our website will be processed within one to two working days. Orders will only be processed during business hours of 9am to 5pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
A correct delivery address, (no PO boxes) name, contact number and email address are required for the order to be processed. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
If any item you have ordered is unavailable, a member of the Bod Australia team will contact you to notify you it is out of stock and offer you the option of a substitute product or cancellation of your order.


All delivery within Australia incurs a shipping fee, which will be added to the total amount of your order at checkout.


Please contact Bod Australia via email at regarding your return before your product is mailed to us. Upon confirmation from the Bod Australia team and within 7 days of receipt of the goods, please enclose your receipt and the merchandise and send it via registered post to:
